Getting in
No app. Set a password once.
When you join, my welcome message carries a link to set up your account with a one-time code already in it. Choose a password and you’re in. After that, sign in at flowwindowcleaning.co.uk/account on any device with your email and password — or ask for a one-time sign-in link by email if you’d rather not remember one.
Add it to your phone’s home screen and it opens like an app, without anything to install or update.
Passwords are stored only as a salted hash by my sign-in provider; I never see them. If you pay by card the details go straight to Square, and a Direct Debit goes straight to GoCardless — neither passes through this website or my database. The privacy notice has the detail.
Paying
After each clean, not before.
Direct Debit is the one I’d recommend: set it up once, and after each clean the payment collects automatically a few days later, with a receipt and your next date. It’s covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and there is nothing to remember and nothing to chase.
Card works from your account whenever a receipt is waiting. Cash is fine too if you’d rather — just say.
Nothing is ever collected before a clean is done, and your price never changes without at least a month’s written notice and the reason for it.
