Why I started it

Everyone I spoke to had the same story about window cleaners: a good one is hard to find, and even the good ones drift. They come when they come, they knock for cash, and one day they stop coming at all. I thought the job deserved better than that, and so did the people paying for it.

So I set out to build a round I would want on my own street. Purified water instead of chemicals, so nothing goes into the garden or the drains but water. An electric van instead of diesel, so the round is quiet and clean as it goes past your door, charged on renewable electricity. And a fixed schedule with a text the day before, so “the window cleaner is coming” is something you know, not something you hope.

Why “Flow”

Water, first of all: the whole method is water with nothing added, flowing over the glass and drying clear. But also the feeling of things simply working. A round that runs on time, payments that take care of themselves, a text before and a message after. No effort on your side. Everything just flows.

How the round grows

I grow the round street by street rather than scattering customers across the map. A dense round means less driving, more time at each house, and a schedule I can actually keep. It also means neighbours share the benefit: when enough homes on a street join, everyone on it moves to a lower rate, and every customer gets vouchers to pass along. The people who join first are not left behind; they are the ones who unlock it.

That is why the front door still matters. I knock, I count your panes, I confirm your price before the first clean, and the first visit is booked with your neighbours’ so the round starts dense from day one. If I have not reached your street yet, join the round and I will come to you.
