Question 1 of 8
First, where are you?
Just the first half will do — GL11, say. Give me the whole postcode and I can tell you which week I’ll be on your street as well.
Sorry — that postcode is outside the area I cover.
Flow covers from Gloucester down to Thornbury and Yate, east to Tetbury, and across the Severn into the Forest of Dean, Chepstow and Caldicot.
I’ll note your postcode and let you know if the round reaches you. Nothing else, ever.
Thanks — I’ve got that. I’ll be in touch if the round reaches you.
What sort of home is it?
This doesn’t change the price — it just helps me picture the job.
How many storeys?
Counting from the ground up. My pole reaches about three.
One or two changes nothing. It's a row of them that takes the time.
Which floor are you on?
I work from the ground, so how far up you are decides what I can reach.
How many panes of glass?
Have a walk round and count the windows across. It’s the one thing I can’t work out from here, and it’s what the price is built on.
Or don’t count at all
Give me a call on 07408 628 314 and I’ll come and give you a free quote in person.
Count across, not down. Glass side by side counts separately. Glass stacked one above another counts once, however many bars run across it.
One pane. Top and bottom is still one window across.
Two panes. Two across. The openers above them don’t add any.
Three panes. Three across.
One pane. Leaded and Georgian bars don’t multiply it.
- A tall window with a bar across the middle is one, not two.
- Each glazed door counts as one.
- Conservatory roofs aren’t included — I quote those separately.
- Count front and back. If you’re a pane or two out, I’ll put it right before I start.
Can I get to the back of your house?
Can I reach all your windows without you being home?
You get a text the day before every visit, so leaving it unlocked is a real answer.
Anything around your windows I should know about?
Tick as many as apply — or none, if none of them do.
How do your windows look at the moment?
This only changes the first clean. After that it’s the same price as anyone else.
I can’t reach those
That’s higher than I can work safely.
My pole reaches about three storeys from the ground. Above that it needs kit I haven’t got yet, and I’d rather say so than turn up and tell you at the door.
If some of your windows are lower down, that might still be worth doing — give me a ring and we’ll work out what’s sensible.
Working out your price…
Your price
£0.00 every four weeks
First clean £0.00
I’ll text you the evening before I come, so you know which day it is.
Away that week?
Your first clean only. After that you go back on your neighbours’ week, so the round stays tight and your visits stay regular.
What you told me

- Glass, frames and sills, every visit
- Front and back, and glazed doors

- Fully insured, on every visit
And because it’s Flow

- No contract — stop whenever you like
Got a neighbour’s code?

Some final details.
Start typing and pick yours from the list.
Phone or email, whichever you prefer. One is enough.
I already have that on my round.
Sign in to see your next clean, your receipts and your own code to pass on — or set a password if you’ve not done that yet. If you meant to book a second property, drop me a line and I’ll add it for you.
Which of these is it?
If you’ve taken over the house from someone I clean for, I’ll start you a fresh account of your own and sort the old one out at my end.
By booking you agree to the terms and the privacy notice. Nothing is taken now: I check your home before your first clean, and if it doesn’t match what you’ve told me I’ll say what it actually costs before I start — you can say no and pay nothing.

Thanks — I've got everything you sent.
My booking form flagged this one for a quick look by hand, which it does now and then to perfectly ordinary people. Nothing is lost and there's nothing to fill in again: I'll check it today and e-mail you your price and your first-clean week. If it's urgent, ring or text me on 07408 628 314.
Booked
£0.00 every four weeks
First clean £0.00
The one visit, and nothing after it
Now the good bit
Get your street together and everyone pays less. Once 10 homes within a street or two of each other are on the round, every one of them comes off £2 a visit — including you.
Your own code is . Pass it to a neighbour: they get 50% off their first clean, and you get 5% off yours for 12 months for every one who joins — up to 50%. It’s in your account too, so there’s nothing to write down.
Your online account
Your next clean, your receipts, your own code and any offers — all in one place. You can also set up a Direct Debit in there if you’d like one, and choose whether I text or e-mail you. Pick a password now and it’s yours; it takes about twenty seconds.
Nothing is owed until your windows are clean. Before I come I’ll have a proper look at the house — if it isn’t quite what you’ve described, I’ll tell you the new price and why before I start anything, and you’re free to say no and pay nothing.
