What happens next

You get a reply straight away saying whether your street is on the round yet.
If it is, I come and count your panes within a few days, or count them from the pavement if that is easier, and confirm your price in writing.
You get a first-clean week, a Direct Debit link and a welcome message with a link to set up your online account (it carries a one-time code; you just choose a password). Nothing is collected until the first clean is done.
